Holiday Show & Sale Requirements!
- Make Sure your CAA Membership is Current
CALL or EMAIL the CAA to check your membership status.
- Must provide original artwork, no reproductions or prints of original artwork (does not apply to digital photography or note cards).
- Any 2-D artwork (11x14in. or smaller) is limited six (6) pieces per person. If larger than specified dimensions please bring 2-3 pieces within reason.
- All 2-D artwork provided must be physically identified on the back with your name and artwork title.
- Artists providing 3-D artwork are encouraged to bring a body of work appropriate for the size of their pieces, quantity within reason.
- All 3-D work must be identified with an ID tag or sticker showing the artist’s initials, inventory number, and price.
• The information on the tag must match the corresponding entry on your Loan Form (E.g. Jane Doe’s first piece, priced at $10, should be labeled: JD 1 $10.)
- The Cooperstown Art Association retains a 30% commission of all sales.
- Mark your Calendars with the Important Dates Listed Below for Drop-Off and Pick-Up.
