Learn the fundamentals of figure drawing and basics of artistic anatomy that have been developed by artists for centuries. Working from a live model, and a life-size skeleton, students will examine skeletal landmarks and muscles composition of the human body, and how they relate to the observed figure in the applied arts. About Paul Marcellino: Paul studied at Temple University in Philadelphia and Rome, Italy and received his MFA from the New York Academy Of Art in Manhattan. He’s taught classes and workshops a Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, the New York Academy Of Art, New York State, summer school for the arts at SUNY Cobleskill, Niskayuna school District, and has exhibited his work in New York State (including The Cooperstown Art Association) for over 30 years. Attention CAA Member Artists! Delivery For The Holiday Show & Sale Is 2 Weeks Away! Friday & Saturday, November 7 & 8 Holiday Show & Sale Requirements! Make Sure your CAA Membership is Current, CALL or EMAIL the CAA to check your membership status. Must provide original artwork, no reproductions or prints of original artwork (does not apply to digital photography or note cards). Any 2-D artwork (11x14in. or smaller) is limited six (6) pieces per person. If larger than specified dimensions please bring 2-3 pieces within reason. All 2-D artwork provided must be physically identified with your name, artwork title, medium, and price. Artists providing 3-D artwork are encouraged to bring a body of work appropriate for the size of their pieces, quantity within reason. All 3-D work must be identified, we recommend using an ID tag or Inventory number. All identifications must correspond with your Loan Form.
