LABOR DAY WEEKEND

SATURDAY & SUNDAY, September 5 & 6

10 AM - 4 PM EACH DAY—RAIN OR SHINE

FINE ARTS ON THE LAWN is an outdoor sale of artwork open 10am -4pm daily and will consist of artist-run tents on the lawn, as well as work by over 20 members of the CAA on the front porch. This sale of original artwork includes oils, photography, printmaking, watercolors, pen & ink, drawings, pastels and much more!

BRING YOUR FAMILY! This event is free and open to the public! Stop by to view, purchase, and enjoy work by some of your favorite area artists and support the CAA! All works will be for sale, and the show will go on, rain or shine!

POTTERY DEMONSTRATIONS Instructors from the The Smithy Clay Studio will be demonstrating their craft on the front lawn alongside a selection of their wares available for purchase. Learn about pottery from these skilled instructors and how you can become involved at the Smithy Clay Studio through a variety of classes for all skill levels!

MUSIC ALL WEEKEND LONG!

SATURDAY, 11AM-1PM - Jim Kopp playing classic acoustic country rock.

SATURDAY, 2-4PM - “Bob's Yer Uncle” with Ed Spencer, Brian Prescott, John Heney with Americana and more!

SUNDAY, 11AM-1PM - “Duopoly”, with Gus Leinhart & John Davey, playing a blend of original and folk tunes.

SUNDAY, 2-4PM - Mike Herman playing acoustic finger-style blues.

FOOD! Music is not the only thing we will be serving up this weekend, Rick’s Hot Dog Cart will be available both days serving up delicious hot dogs, drinks, and chips all weekend long.

Land and Sea
From Coastal Maine to Rural New York
Paintings by William Bracken and Deborah Bayly

Two artists explore the nostalgia that shaped

their lives as an evocative journey between places.

William Bracken’s bold watercolor and gouache paintings capture the mood and character of buildings and landscapes as nature and time transform them.

Deborah Bayly paints the rural places she knows and loves—from weathered barns and disappearing structures to the woodlands, hills, water, and open skies.

The show opens Friday, October 2 | 5 - 7 pm.

Luck of the Draw Tickets Coming Soon!

This fan-favorite fundraiser comes around every other year. Luck of the Draw begins with an exhibit that features 80 pieces of artwork donated by our very generous local artists and craftspeople. 80 tickets for this event are available for sale, and ticket holders will get to rank each artwork in the exhibit on a 'wish list,' which is then used during the final ticket drawing event to determine what work of art they go home with! You can't lose!
