One-Day Loom Sale - Saturday, April 29th at The Smithy!

ONE-DAY LOOM SALE!  THIS Saturday, April 29th  from 11-4pm @ The Smithy! The Cooperstown Art Association is looking for homes for its collection of weaving looms. These are all 4-shaft looms. The suggested donation per loom is $400 to $600. Interest weavers may see and obtain a loom Saturday, April 29th between 11am and 4pm at the Smithy Gallery, 55 Pioneer Street, Cooperstown, NY. Looms must be removed within 5 days of purchase unless other arrangements are made. Please do not contact the Cooperstown Art Association to see looms before April 29th.    2 x Schact 45" looms 5 x Harrisville 36" looms (Pictured Below)    Other weaving equipment: 2 warping boards 3 large LeClerc benches 2 smaller LeClerc benches 5 no-name adjustable benches 1 rigid heddle loom heddles bobbin winder inkle loom reeds various pieces of looms   The Harrisville looms need new cables, which run $10 each shaft, new from Harrisville. There are some missing Harrisville cranks, which could be purchased from Sharon Kruppenbacher (Cobleskill, NY) since Harrisville no longer stocks the older crank models.
