The Adorn-a-Door Wreath Festival Will Be ONLINE! Dates: November 27 -28, 2020 Announcing some big changes to this year's fundraiser! After careful consideration, The Cooperstown Art Association's annual Adorn-A-Door Wreath Festival will be moved to an ONLINE format this year. The decision to eliminate the in-person aspect of this event was made after considering the restrictions in place on large gatherings, as this event is known to attract over 200 visitors on one day. But we are very excited to try something new this year, and we hope everyone will be as eager as ever to support this fundraiser! Interested in Making a Wreath? Wreath-making participants are advised to complete and return a Wreath Agreement to the CAA as soon as possible; as we will only be accepting the first 75 agreements we receive! If requested, the CAA will then provide participants with a live wreath to decorate for the silent auction. We will provide contactless delivery of live wreaths on Friday, November 20th. Since the wreaths will not be seen in person this year, we will also ask that no artificial wreaths be used. Wreaths made entirely of other materials (ie: wood) are okay. Participants MUST be able to drop off their completed wreath on Wednesday, November 25th from 11-4pm, as we will not be able to offer our usual pick up service this year. Online Bidding Process The CAA will be hosting the silent auction of wreaths through the website 32auctions.com, where bidders will be able to create a free account and cast their bids anonymously on the 75 available wreaths! We suggest that you follow the link below to our auction page and create an account before the fundraiser begins.   https://www.32auctions.com/adorn2020   The sign up process is quick and easy, and it will save you the time and hassle of trying to do it the day of the event. This will also give you some time to familiarize yourself with the platform. The online Adorn-a-Door auction will begin Friday, November 27th at 12pm and will close on Saturday, November 28th at 4pm.    At the end of the auction, payments can be made conveniently online or at pick up on Sunday, November 29th from 10-1pm in the Ballroom Gallery. If you plan to pay at pick up, checks or exact cash only please! Raffle Tickets! Raffle Tickets will be available for purchase at the CAA during gallery hours: Tuesday - Saturday 11-4pm, starting on November 13th. The popular "Dinner's On Us (To-Go!)"
