THE SMITHY IS OPEN FOR THE SEASON

OPEN FOR THE SEASON!

Opening Reception

Tuesday, June 6th, from 5-7pm

"METAL" & "Age of Anxiety"

METAL will be an exhibition featuring artwork by both Smithy Member Artists and invited Guest Artists.

As the title of this exhibit implies, metal will serve as the central medium to all works on display. In this exhibit artists will display how metal can serve as a useful and diverse form of media in all aspects creation and the pursuit of artistic expression.

This exhibit will remain on display through July 15th during our Gallery Hours: Tuesday - Saturday from 11am-4pm.

Please note that we ask all food and drink remain outside during the Opening Reception.

Age of Anxiety will be a season long exhibit featuring artwork by Terry Lee Harmon Slade.

Terry Slade works with many different media including found objects, wood, paper, stone, bronze and glass, and produces works ranging from small objects to large indoor and outdoor installations. His work explores the relationship between humans and the natural world. This exhibit will be on display through September 2^nd during our Gallery Hours: Tuesday - Saturday from 11am-4pm.
