CAA Holiday Show & Sale Participation Information!

Attention CAA Member Artists!

Delivery For The Holiday Show & Sale Is A Week Away!

Friday & Saturday, November 8 & 9



Holiday Show & Sale Requirements!


  • Make Sure your CAA Membership is Current, CALL or EMAIL the CAA to check your membership status.


  • Must provide original artwork, no reproductions or prints of original artwork (does not apply to digital photography or note cards).


  • Any 2-D artwork (11x14in. or smaller) is limited six (6) pieces per person. If larger than specified dimensions please bring 2-3 pieces within reason.


  • All 2-D artwork provided must be physically identified with your name, artwork title, medium, and price.


  • Artists providing 3-D artwork are encouraged to bring a body of work appropriate for the size of their pieces, quantity within reason.


  • All 3-D work must be identified, we recommend using an ID tag or Inventory number. All identifications must correspond with your Loan Form.


  • The Cooperstown Art Association will retain a 30% commission of all sales.



  • Mark your Calendars with the Important Dates Listed Below for Drop-Off and Pick-Up.
