Attention Local & Regional Artists!

 

Don't forget to enter a piece of artwork in the Cooperstown Art Association's upcoming juried show, the 21st Annual Regional Art Exhibition, “Essential Art”. Delivery dates are April 27 & 28 from 11a.m. – 4p.m. And each artist may only enter one piece of artwork.  The Regional prospectus can be picked up at the gallery during delivery or downloaded from our website at: www.cooperstownart.com.

 

Our 21st Annual Regional Art Show, “Essential Art,” is being juried by Leila Durkin and Susan Benedict Hand.  The show is open to artists 18 years of age and older who reside in New York State. Possible $2000 in prizes will be awarded. The works of art themselves will be juried; no slides or CD’s will be accepted for this show. The delivery dates are Friday and Saturday, April 27 & 28, 11 a.m.- 4 p.m. The show runs May 4 through June 1 with an opening reception on Friday, May 4 from 5 p.m.-7 p.m.

 

Summer wouldn’t be summer without our 77^th Annual National Juried Show being held July 13 – August 17 with preview party on Friday, July 13^th from 5-7pm.  The postmark deadline for slide or cd entries is May 15^th and the show is being juried by Tony Reinemann of New York City.

 

Both prospectuses can be downloaded from our website at: www.cooperstownart.com.  To request a prospectus by mail please send a self addressed stamped envelope to National and/or Regional Exhibition Cooperstown Art Association 22 Main Street Cooperstown, NY 13326.   We would appreciate your help in spreading the word.
