Holiday Show & Sale Delivery Checklist!
- Make Sure your CAA Membership is Current and your Information is Up-To-Date.
- Must provide original artwork, no reproductions or prints of original artwork (does not apply to digital photography or note cards).
- Any 2-D artwork (11x14in. or smaller) is limited six (6) pieces per person. If larger than specified dimensions please bring 2-3 pieces within reason.
- All 2-D artwork provided must be physically identified with your name, artwork title, medium, and price. All 3-D work must be identified, we recommend using an ID or Inventory, number. These identifications must correspond with your Loan form.
- Artists providing 3-D artwork are encouraged to bring a body of work appropriate for the size of their pieces, quantity within reason.
- The Cooperstown Art Association will retain a 30% commission of all sales.
- Mark your Calendars with the Important Dates Listed Below for Drop-Off and Pick-Up.
